Mr. Benedict, a partner of the firm, joined Fisher & Winner, LLP in 2002. With over 20 years experience as a corporate attorney, Mr. Benedict's practice encompasses virtually all areas of commercial transactions and activities, including advising senior management of client companies on structuring commercial transactions, establishing negotiation and dispute resolution strategies, and integrating legal considerations with business objectives.
Mr. Benedict graduated with his bachelors degree from Yale University, and received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University, where he was on the Student Editorial Board of the Tax Lawyer. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
